MEET THE TEAM

Josh & Jen Davies

Josh and Jen serve together on the leadership team at Victory Hill and share a passion for the local church and God’s mission to the nations. Sent by Regions Beyond from Hull, where they previously led and planted Freedom Church, they relocated in 2025 with their two young sons, Hudson and Gideon, to join the Victory Hill family. Josh serves as the Lead Pastor.

Sam & Hannah Freeman

Sam has been part of Victory Hill since his student days and has played a key role in the church, establishing and leading the Worship ministry and helping guide the church through a season of transition. Hannah leads the Meeting Leaders ministry, the Women’s ministry, and oversees Safeguarding. Together, Sam and Hannah serve on the Victory Hill Church leadership team.

Ezra & Twinkle Koh

Ezra and Twinkle, together with their two young children, Joseph and Beatrice, are missionaries from Singapore, supported to serve in a local church in Edinburgh. Ezra has played a key role at Victory Hill Church by leading the Tech ministry, serving as a worship leader, and contributing to pastoral ministry, while Twinkle leads the VH Kids ministry. Ezra is currently a staff member at Victory Hill Church and serves on the leadership team.

Becki Smith

Becki has been part of Victory Hill Church since its beginning and has been a key support for students joining the church. She serves as a worship leader, leads the Digital ministry, and is also part of the Victory Hill Church leadership team.

Dom Pilkington

Dom began attending Victory Hill Church as a student and actively served as a volunteer with Christians in Sport throughout his university years. He currently leads the Students ministry and is part of the Victory Hill Church leadership team.
